Onward International
It’s been called ” A lost classic of the Pre-Acid Jazz Era” and has been featured on Compilations and even Bootlegged.
Onward International “Foot In The Door” has earned it’s place as one of the Foundation Stones of the Influential Acid Jazz Scene of the 1980’s and 1990’s. It’s Horn based intro is a Siren Call to fill floors and has been for over 40 years!
Recorded one Magical Night in the same studio and around the same time as Sade’s “Diamond Life” by the cream of London’s Session Musicians (who all later performed on Working Week’s Debut album.)
The title track was named when finally, after taking the master round to every record company in London, a door opened and a release deal was agreed.
The Airto Styled Batucada Beat Brazilian Boogie “Samba Doo Bonnay” is one of the other standout tracks from that now rare and ever more expensive Brit-Funk meets Acid Jazz E.P. and is now available digitally for the first time ever! And for Mambo Jazz Perfection Roberto Pla’s 21stFloor Mambo rounds off things nicely!

Being Re-Issued on vinyl on a special Limited Edition 10 inch 45RPM single.
Specially Re-Mastered to give some Extra-Percussive JazzFloor Action!
