Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Purchases of downloadable items are exempt from being returned and are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If your purchased item is returned not in its original condition or after the 30 day return policy period we may offer partial refund at our discretion dependant on our appraisal of item condition or time elapsed since sale.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your payment method balance. Please be patient, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you believe you still have not received your refund after notification from us that one has been processed, please contact us using the form on the contact page.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and where we have stock to do so. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email using the form on the contact page. We will advise where and how to post your item and how you may receive an exchange.
Please note that many of the physical items sold through our website are single stock items. As such we have only one of these items in stock and when sold no more are available. In instances where you have purchased a single stock item no exchange will be available.
Downloadable items are not exchangeable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
To return your product, send us an email using the form on the contact page and we will advise where and how to post your item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs incurred by you for returns are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
